The work behind the price
Typically 8 to 14 hours. The floor covers three reports; a fourth definition, or one whose numbers nobody agrees on yet, is where it grows.

Your figures are in Odoo and the people who want them work in Power BI. The usual answers are a nightly CSV somebody remembers to export, or a direct database connection that hands every row to whoever holds the credential.
Power BI reads Odoo natively over OData, each token returning only the rows that person is entitled to, with three reports built and scheduled refresh configured.
Separate from the list above, which is what you supply before it starts. A missing prerequisite stops the work beginning; a missing one of these stalls it halfway, which is the one that turns a fixed price into an argument.

No. Power BI Desktop has an OData connector built in. Get Data, then OData feed.
Not through the feed. Each token reads as the person it was issued for, so the feed returns what they could see inside Odoo and nothing more. That is the whole reason not to use a direct database connection.
Three is what the fixed price covers, and you keep Report Builder, so building more is something your team can do. If you would rather we did, it is quoted separately.
