The work behind the price
Typically 4 to 6 hours. Installing it takes minutes; deciding what counts as sensitive on your models is the work, and doing that badly is how audit logs end up either useless or unreadable.
An estimate of the work, not a cap and not a guarantee that any particular problem is solvable inside it.
Somebody changed a customer’s credit limit, or a price, or a bank account, and three weeks later nobody can say who or when. Odoo’s own chatter covers some fields on some models and not the ones being asked about — which is the answer nobody wants to give an auditor.
A change to a field you nominated shows the old value, the new value, who made it and when; an export shows who took what; and the security score gives you a short list of things to fix rather than a feeling.
Separate from the list above, which is what you supply before it starts. A missing prerequisite stops the work beginning; a missing one of these stalls it halfway, which is the one that turns a fixed price into an argument.

You buy these from the Odoo Apps Store into your own account, so you own them outright and keep them whatever happens to this engagement.
No. Odoo does not expose read operations in a form any module can log, so nothing on the Apps Store can honestly claim it — including this. It logs changes, exports, deletions, logins and sessions.
No, and be careful of anything that says it can. Monitoring records from the moment it is switched on. If the question you actually have is about something that already happened, tell us at the scoping stage and we will say honestly whether anything can answer it.
It depends entirely on how many models you watch and how busy they are, which is why the configuration session exists rather than a default that watches everything. We set it against your volume and tell you what we chose and why.
The licence is bought into each client’s own Odoo account, one per instance. The work is yours to mark up as you see fit, and the additional-instance price exists because the second one genuinely costs us less than the first.
We confirm the scope in writing and check the prerequisites above before anybody pays for anything.
