Your managers ask Odoo the same questions every week and wait for an export. In 5 working days they ask Claude instead — and Claude can only see what each of them could already see in Odoo.
What you get
Live on your own database, for the people you choose, on web, desktop and mobile.
Each person sees through Claude exactly what they can see in Odoo. No shared admin key, ever.
Three to five real questions from your team, verified against your data before we hand over.
One page: what to ask, how to phrase it, and what it will not do.
Every question, every record read and every proposed change, logged in Odoo next to normal activity.
Email questions answered by the engineers who wrote the modules.
How it runs
Day 1
A 60-minute call with the people who will use it. We agree the three to five questions your team asks Odoo every week, such as "which customers are overdue and by how much?" or "what did we sell in the north region this month?", and who is allowed to ask what.
Day 2
AI Assistant and the Claude Connector go onto your instance. We expose only the models those questions need, map each person to their existing Odoo access rights, and leave writes off unless you ask for them. When writes are on, every change is a proposal a person approves.
Days 3-4
Each user connects Claude (web, desktop or mobile) to Odoo with OAuth in two clicks. We run your real questions, fix the answers that come back wrong or slow, and write a one-page prompt guide for your team.
Day 5
Ninety minutes with your team: how to ask, what it will refuse and why, where the audit trail is, and how to switch a person off. Recorded if you want it.
After
The licences are yours, the configuration stays, and every question asked is logged in Odoo. Thirty days of email support are included.
What this pilot is not
Worth reading before you buy rather than after. An AI project goes wrong when the buyer expected something else, so here is what is outside the fixed price.
What we need from you
Prefer to install it yourself? The Claude Connector is on the Odoo Apps Store and works without us. The pilot is for teams that want it live, locked down and tested on their own questions in a week.
FAQ
$1588: the $1500 pilot fee plus $88 for the two module licences, which you buy directly on the Odoo Apps Store. Your Claude plan is separate and paid to Anthropic.
So they are yours. You keep the licences, the updates and the store refund terms whether or not you work with us again.
Only if you switch writes on for a named model and named fields. Even then, by default each change is a proposal that a person approves in Odoo before anything happens.
No. Every call runs as that person, with their groups and record rules. A salesperson who cannot see payroll in Odoo cannot see it through Claude either.
Yes. The modules install like any other Apps Store module, and Odoo.sh already serves HTTPS.
If it cannot be installed for a technical reason we did not flag before you paid, the pilot fee is refunded in full. The licences are between you and the Odoo Apps Store, under their refund terms.
Then the fixed price is no longer the honest one. Tell us the size and we will quote the real scope. The shape stays the same.
$1588 all in, 5 working days. Tell us your Odoo version, how many people would use it and the one question you most want answered, and we will tell you straight away whether the fixed price is the honest one.
